Welcome to our Duck vacation beach house. We are located in the community of Colony By the Sea, within a short walking distance to the Village of Duck, and just a 5-minute walk to the beach. Parking and restroom facilities are available at the beach.
You will find a well maintained, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped 5 bedroom cottage that is ready for all of your vacation needs at the Outer Banks of North Carolina.
This high dune location is a great place to observe water activities; jet skis, sailing and parachute sailing on the sound, and many breath-taking sunsets. At the end of the street (Oceanside) you will enjoy a community swimming-pool, play ground equipment, and tennis and basketball courts.
Sleeping Accommodations: We welcome up to 10 guests at our 5 bedroom beach house. Bedding arrangements are as follows: 3 Queen, 1 King, 2 Bunkbeds. 3 Full baths, plus 1/2 bath.
